If you are searching for a home inspector that will give you the best representation, you have found him, Mark Suhrie, President of MAS Construction and Home inspection with experience in both new construction and renovations. I am your professional -- hired by you -- to search for defects and areas of concern which helps determine the condition of the home or  building.
I am a licensed General Contractor and a graduate of the North Carolina Builder Institute, where I achieved Accredited Master Builder status. Certified Evaluator for Fortified Homes, Community service involvement includes serving as past president of Carteret County Home Builders Association, have volunteered time to Habitat for Humanity and other community projects. Carteret County Builder of the year 2008.

How it works (Home Inspections):
1. A Pre-Inspection agreement is required by state law. One will be sent via email. Please read the agreement, clicking the accept button will allow the inspection to be conducted. Or, you can print the agreement from the web site, sign it and email, fax, or bring it to the inspection.
2. Schedule your appointment, on line, you will receive a confirmation email. (GPS navigation equipped, directions are generally not required.)
Page1: select the square footage. Page 2: select the date and high light the time for the inspection. (Click location detail for) Page 3: property info. Page 4: Client info. Page 5: Real Estate Pro info. Click finish to complete the process.
3. Upon completion of your inspection you will receive an email with your user ID and password, to get your report just click on the link, enter your user Name and password to view and print your report.
4. Payment methods: We accept cash or checks (Payment must be received prior to releasing the report). We no longer accept credit cards.
